Heather Politano, PTA, Astym Certified, Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, graduated from St. Petersburg College with an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting. She also holds certifications as a group fitness instructor, Mat Pilates instructor, Yoga teacher, SUP yoga. Yoga opened up her love for anatomy and the ability of the body to heal.

Dani Lynch earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University and is an orthopedic manual post-doctoral fellow-in-training through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. She is certified in dry needling and is currently pursuing a certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics. Dani realized the power of manual therapy early on in her career to bring relief and improved performance to people of all ages and athletic abilities. She is passionate about helping others reach their true potential, be it on the court, in the workplace, or doing what they love.

Ilene Gershberg is a nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Corporate Wellness Consultant, Fitness Author, and Professional Speaker. For more than twenty years, she has been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has specialized in post-rehab fitness, weight loss, functional and core training, TRX suspension training, Pilates, and fitness in the workplace.

Ilene has competed in five marathons and ranked as a finalist in a fitness competition. She has also contributed to health and fitness programs on NBC News in Tampa, Daytime Morning Shows, and radio talk shows.
