Individual Session
Individual sessions are for you if you’re looking to improve your health and nutrition, or if you are already healthy but want a ‘tune-up’. You will receive recommendations on a topic you want to discuss and have the opportunity to learn and ask questions in a one-on-one session.

  • One 50-minute session
  • Resources and handouts specific to your concern

1 Month Program (4 Sessions)

  • 4 sessions (1 per week)
  • Sessions are 50 minutes
  • Email support between sessions, as necessary

3 Month Program (8 Sessions)

  • 8 sessions (4 sessions for the first month; 2 sessions per month for the second and third months)
  • Sessions are 50-minutes
  • 1 support phone call in the second and third months – calls are no more than 15 minutes
  • E-mail support between sessions, as necessary
  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
