Back 2 Normal Physical Therapy was founded by Lisa Chase in 1998. She is an internationally recognized physical therapist, educator, lecturer and published author with a specialty in rehabilitation and wellness.

Her clients benefit greatly from her compassionate healing and wealth of knowledge obtained through 25 years of physical therapy, spine and sports medicine services. Lisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991. She completed postgraduate certification in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 1995, is Certified in Functional Manual Medicine through Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Certified Astym Provider, trained SCENAR Practitioner, Polestar Pilates and Balanced Body CoreAlign trained, Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner and Certified M.E.L.T Instructor.

Getting athletes and individuals, who are in pain, pain free as quickly as possible in order to compete at the highest level of competition and life!

Lisa has served as the Director of Sport Sciences & Medicine, Athlete Care and Primary Health Care Provider for the WTA Tour (Professional Women’s Tennis Association), covering national and international events such as the Australian Open, US Open, Wimbeldon, and Roland Garros, Lisa has worked one-on-one with world-class athletes, coaches, medical and fitness specialists around the world to help prevent injuries, decrease recovery time and optimize performance. During the 2004 Olympics in Athens Greece, Lisa served as the Primary Health Care Provider for the International Tennis Federation. Lisa has also brought her expertise to the ATP Tour (Professional Men’s Tennis Association) AVP U.S. Pro Beach Volleyball, Toronto Blue Jays, Major League Baseball and the English Premier Soccer League.

Teaching professionals and students around the world the secrets to results based pain-free techniques

Lisa lectures nationally and internationally and has been an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Michigan State University, in the College of Osteopathic Medicine, since 1998 and Assistant Instructor for Select Functional Movement Assessment since 2010. She is a published author of several books on aquatic rehabilitation and published co-author in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Lisa is also founder and co-owner Rehab Links, a unique exercise software for medical, health and fitness professionals.
