We strive to keep you informed as to anything that might affect your visits to our studio, and have recently been made aware of incremental increases in the metered parking rates in Lot 4, adjacent to our building on the east side. Currently, the rates have been set at an increased rate of $0.50 per hour, and will be further raised to $0.75-$1.00 per hour in the near future. Signage on the meters has not yet been fully updated.

The ParkMobile App is current with the new rate of $0.50 an hour; however, a $0.35 transaction fee is also incurred when using this method of payment.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: At this time, the previous rate of $0.25 per hour is still available when paying by coin at the machine, and we are waiting for feedback from the City of St. Pete Department of Transportation and Parking on when this will change to the $0.50 per hour rate.
